Giovanni’s expertise focuses on demand and revenue modelling and forecasting for international infrastructure projects and due diligence, with a particular focus on toll roads transactions.
Giovanni joined Steer in 2008 from TPS-PTV where he developed strong Visum modelling skills working on local and regional transport plans. He was responsible for the model development and evaluation for the Piano Provinciale della Mobilita in Bologna, the Piano della Mobilità Sostenibile in Chieti, Pescara and Fabriano and the Piano Regionale dei Trasporti for Abruzzo and Puglia.
At Steer, Giovanni is part of the global infrastructure team and leads the modelling team in our Italian offices. He has managed a large number of toll road projects, working on behalf of lenders, sponsors and grantors in Europe, Middle East, USA and Central and South America.
