Josue has over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry, with a primary focus on urban transit. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in project delivery, public-private partnerships, demand and revenue forecasting, feasibility analysis, business cases, and project structuring.
Josue has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He served as the Head of Planning at SuBus Chile within the TRANSANTIAGO system, before moving on to become the Implementation Manager at TRANSMILENIO. During his tenure, he successfully led the transition to a cleaner fleet and the deployment of 1441 buses. Most recently, Josue played a pivotal role at the Colombian Development Bank (FDN), where he led the structuring project for an underground metro line in Bogota.
