Matt is a chartered town planer with 10 years’ transport planning experience working on a wide range projects throughout London, the UK and overseas.  

Matt joined Steer in 2012 and has been responsible for the transport aspects of planning, design and delivery of a number of major projects in London including Battersea Power Station and the Shell Centre. He works with a varied client base specialising in transport assessments, masterplanning, S106 negotiation, development design, access strategies, public transport planning, servicing and logistics strategies, pedestrian modelling and design and stakeholder engagement.

At Steer, Matt leads a wide range of project teams responsible for the planning, design and delivery of major developments. He successfully guides clients through complex stakeholder engagement exercises delivering complex and innovative solutions while ultimately maximising their value.
