Mihir is an expert in providing commercial, transaction and financial advice across the aviation, rail and urban transit sectors. At Steer, Mihir specialises in combining advanced spreadsheet modelling techniques to advise clients on transaction and policy issues. His experience includes creating fully integrated business plans for global airport privatisation bids, investigating pension costs across European air navigation service providers, building the financial model for the construction of the Metro de Quito in Ecuador, and testing the investment case for introducing the first ever bioethanol buses in India.
Mihir joined Steer following a career in financial services, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital structure considerations. In addition, he helped infrastructure funds finance European transactions, including support of Elia and IFM’s acquisition of Vattenfall’s East German high voltage electricity transmission assets. Mihir completed an MBA at London Business School prior to joining Steer.
