Samuel is a transport modeller with over 20 years’ experience in the transport planning, toll road and infrastructure sectors. He supports our infrastructure offer in Santiago, working for concessionaires, government agencies and other private companies.
Samuel joined Steer in 2001 from CIS, a Chilean-based consultancy, where he worked on strategic urban transport models, traffic assessments, and public transport project appraisals. Samuel has experience working for both private and public-sector clients across Latin America, mainly in Chile and Mexico, but also in Peru, Puerto Rico, Honduras, Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.
