Karen has over 15 years’ experience in transportation modelling, appraisal and multiple account evaluation. This experience includes ten years working in the UK before moving to Canada.

Les has over 25 years’ experience in transit project development, demand forecasting and business case evaluation across rail, light rail transit and bus based systems.

Under a Passenger Rail Program Management contract led by WSP for Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Steer has been producing passenger rail ridership and revenue forecasts on the Chicago to St. Louis corridor for the Tier 1 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document that IDOT submitted to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) for passenger rail service improvements in the corridor.
