Projects

Steer worked in partnership with San Diego MTS and our subcontractors Gaslamp Media to deliver a brand new, mobile responsive website for the transit agency.

Projects

The Steer team took a traditional ‘outside-in’ approach to user experience research through human-centered research and iterative testing to create solutions that are accessible, usable, and meaningful to the end user. In addition, we also took an ‘inside-out’ approach to solving GoTriangle’s data management and publication issues.

Projects

Valley Metro's website wasn't serving the needs of their users, nor the needs of their internal marketing and customer service staff. The site provided key rider tools for over 80 transit routes, such as a trip planner and rider alerts, but wasn't suited to the smartphone format.

Projects

GoToo was launched in early 2015 as a comprehensive update to the TactranConnect website originally designed by Steer in 2010.

Services

Our team provide strategic direction for the delivery of user-centred digital engagement tools from establishing the functional requirements or design and build of user focused transit websites and mobility apps, to the development of gamification websites that encourage behaviour change.
