Throughout his career Andrew has developed specialised knowledge of industry models and approaches in the rail sector and has extensive experience of working on passenger demand forecasting and research studies for private and public sector organisations as well as leading and supporting franchise specification / change and transactions. 

He also has strong experience in business case development having worked on the HS2 Strategic Case for the UK Department for Transport and Commercial Analysis of HS2 for HS2 Ltd.
