Mayra is an architect and urban planner with over 7 years of experience in the formulation of strategies to improve public spaces, create urban commons and incentivize sustainable mobility.

Prashanth has more than nine years of consulting and research experience in transport infrastructure across toll roads, electric buses, rail, intelligent mobility, development planning, road safety, and maritime and public-private partnerships, including two years in mobile software.

Juan has over 18 years’ experience as a wayfinding and information graphic designer specialised in transport and mobility. He started his career as a graphic designer and university lecturer in Santiago de Chile. After collaborating in passenger information projects in Latin America, he joined Steer in 2007.

Luis is a graphic designer with an MA in Communication Design and has over 15 years of broad professional experience. Before joining Steer, Luis worked in the private sector in the design and development of e-learning products for Colombia and Latin America, as well as in the proposal and redesign of both physical and virtual products for the public and private sectors. 
 

Oli has 15 years’ experience in delivering spatial analytics to both private and public-sector clients.

Oli joined Steer from Hampshire County Council in 2014 where he worked in the council’s research and intelligence team. He joined Steer as our GIS manager and leads our spatial analytics offer to clients. He works across the company supporting a wide variety of projects, including feasibility studies for car clubs, bike share, new road and rail schemes.

Clare has 20 years’ experience in cartography and is an expert in producing different types of maps across all sectors.
